The acquisition of MyApp includes a one-year membership for a single accommodation, granting access to all features and updates during this period. It also comes with a personalized name and logo, ensuring your app is unique and aligned with your brand identity.

MyApp comes preconfigured with default settings, including:

  • A section for receiving Guest Feedback
  • Support for 12 languages
  • Direct access to Instagram and WhatsApp
  • Detailed accommodation information (address, phone number, website)
  • A gallery with 10 images and 1 video
  • 4 categories, each including 3 banners to showcase your services and 6 images per banner
  • 6 themes for sharing important text information
  • Free ads for all your accommodations
  • And much more.

You can easily configure MyApp from your own cPanel, designed to be intuitive so that any member of your staff can update and modify the app’s information in real time, without prior training or technical knowledge.

We recommend starting with the default configuration to see how MyApp works. Once you are familiar with it, you can customize it according to your accommodation’s specific needs by adding Extra Items. These Extra Items require a one-time payment and will then remain included in your membership renewal at no additional cost, forever.

MyApp Corporate

MyApp Corporate is designed for hotel groups, offering all the features of MyApp in a single app that manages multiple properties. The home screen is fully customized for each group, aligned with the structure of the corporate website. This ensures a professional presentation of the group and its properties while unifying the overall brand image.

Information for each property is managed independently from a single cPanel, ensuring updates made by one do not interfere with the others. Centralized management reduces operational effort and ensures consistency across the entire hotel group.

Overall, when entering MyApp Corporate, guests have access to the same information found on the corporate website. Then, by selecting any accommodation from the list, they immediately access the full MyApp experience with the complete set of features. Returning to the hotel list allows them to explore another accommodation with the same detailed information and interactive content.
